They run a great event – very welcoming and with an ever-diverse and interesting range of participants. So I’d been looking forward to their Leadership Summit and to giving an input and chairing an expert panel on sustainable leadership.
But what with one thing and another (well, one thing really!), it wasn’t to be. So I invested the time in making this short film instead. In it, I introduce the process behind developing Lasting Leadership, explain why it matters and, hopefully, provide some useful ideas about how it can be achieved.
